Abstract
In continuation of solving the problem of effective planning of an experiment to optimize the parameters of the casting mode of high-speed steel mining machine rotor cutter blanks, the implementation of virtual experiment planning and its verification is considered. To determine rational parameters, fractal-coordinate planning is proposed, and to verify the results, a technique for their expert cross-checking is proposed. The research algorithm is based on the methods of expert assessment—alternatives and coordinate descent.
