Study of Influence of Element Deformation and Manufacturing Errors of an Epicyclic Gear Train on the Load Distribution among Satellites

Abstract
A technologically advanced multisatellite design of an epicyclic gear train is studied. The carrier is made in the form of two cheeks, which are connected to each other by the axes of the satellites, which act as jumpers. The problem of the stress-strain state of mating elements is solved using differential equations of the curved axis of the satellite represented by a beam on an elastic foundation. The distribution of the load across the satellites is determined taking into account the deformation of the gear segments and the nonadherence of the gear teeth caused by errors in its manufacture.
