Influence of Elastic Guide Plates on the Accuracy of Reamed Holes

Abstract
The influence of the reamer’s elastic guide plates on the quality of the machined hole is studied by means of a mathematical model. Recommendations are made for reducing the defects (fracturing) to an acceptable level.
