Changing Corporate Culture to Improve Occupational Health and Safety

Abstract
Corporate culture plays an important role in the management of occupational health and safety. Failures of corporate culture in terms of effective worker protection are analyzed. The strategy proposed for changes in corporate culture permits more effective occupational health and safety management, taking account of best practices.
