Development of New Technological Aspects of the Casting Process with Pressurization of Liquid and Crystallizing Metal

A technological scheme of casting with the imposition of pressure on the crystallizing metal by two pressing plungers is proposed. It is established that for an effective process of metal pressing, it is necessary to bring the magnitude and speed of pressure superposition into line with the temperature of the metal. To control the process, the control system must operate in the “Control by a given effect” mode.
