Modeling of Cutting Fluid Supply Systems for Die Pressing Using a Computational Fluid Dynamics Module
摘要
Abstract
The modeling of cutting fluid supply systems for die pressing using a computational fluid dynamics module is considered. The modeling stages are presented to solve the problem of optimizing cutting fluid supply systems in order to analyze the uniform distribution of lubricant over the working surfaces of the die and analyze their temperature fields. The order of construction, initial and boundary conditions, goals, and calculation results are considered.
