Analysis of Methodological Approaches to Assessing the Investment Projects Efficiency

The article discusses methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of investment projects. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the need to conduct a reliable analysis of future investments in order to achieve the set strategic goals and minimize the risks accompanying the projects. Traditional and specific methods of investment analysis are considered, a detailed classification is presented, which clearly demonstrates their signs. The conclusion is made about the importance of specific methods for evaluating investments in the form of their application, if necessary, to clarify the result. A practical example of calculating the effectiveness of a project to improve the production of high-tech products using traditional and specific methods is presented.
