摘要

Abstract

The paper considers the natural formation environments of minimum summer-autumn runoff of the Don basin rivers and the impact of anthropogenic activities on them in modern climatic conditions. The results of the analysis of the spatial and temporal variability of minimum runoff are presented. The main reasons for the changes in the groundwater supply of rivers during the low-water period, which have led to a decrease in the regulatory role of river basins and an increase in the likelihood of low water availability, are shown.
