Engineering and Hydrological Calculations and Climate Change: How to Develop New Approaches?
摘要
Abstract
The paper considers methods for determining design engineering and hydrological characteristics under conditions of ongoing and predicted climate change. Main probabilistic models and statistical methods are discussed that allow identifying homogeneous periods in the fluctuations in hydrological characteristics, determining design values in a non-stationary case, and estimating errors in the distribution parameters of design probability curves. The recommendations of current regulatory documents in the field of engineering hydrology on performing hydrological calculations are analyzed.
