Mathematical Modeling of an Ozone Generator with Cylindrical Electrodes

Abstract
The design of an ozone generator with coaxially arranged cylindrical electrodes is considered. For the ozone generator, a mathematical model of the gas-discharge process has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the variation of barrier-discharge power, temperature, pressure, and composition of the gas mixture along the discharge gap, taking into account the influence of these parameters on each other. Simulation results were experimentally verified.
