Abstract <p>Results of numerical simulation of composite dielectrics with fillers of various nature are presented. It is shown that the simultaneous use of coarse and fine fraction fillers allows the creation of materials with a high degree of structural homogeneity. The ranges have been determined within which the volume content of coarse and fine fractions practically does not affect the material parameters.</p>
