The Influence of Spherical Fillers Based on Silicon Dioxide on the Properties of Insulating Materials

Abstract
Results of numerical simulation of composite dielectric materials with fillers based on silicon dioxide are presented. A model of a representative volume element of the material with varying filler content percentages is proposed. Dependences of various physical parameters of the material on its composition are obtained. The possibilities of creating materials with desired thermal, mechanical, and electrical insulation properties by using silicon dioxide as a filler are demonstrated.
