Electric Motors for Heavy Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
Cargo unmanned aerial vehicles widely use internal combustion engines, but advances in battery and fuel-cell technology may make electric propulsion more viable in such vehicles. This article provides an overview of various electric motors that could be promising for future electric propulsion systems in heavy-duty cargo unmanned aerial vehicles. It discusses the characteristics, design features, and operating modes of such motors, which may be useful for aircraft and electric-motor developers to understand their characteristics and development prospects.
