Calculation of Strength and Deformation of a Modular Gearless Electric Drive

Abstract
The design of the modular electric drive, which contains three stators and rotors combined in one housing, is considered. To check the strength and deformations of the shaft, mechanical analysis was conducted using the Ansys software package, which showed that the maximum deformations and stresses remain within acceptable limits, confirming the reliability and strength of the developed shaft design.
