Silicon Particles with Fano Resonance Produced by Laser Ablation in Liquid
摘要
Abstract
We report a possibility of producing silicon particles with Fano resonance by laser ablation in liquid using a nanosecond ytterbium fiber laser with a wavelength of 1060–1070 nm. A silicon wafer with a film of porous silicon doped with boron is used as a target. The results of studying the target and silicon particles with scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy are presented.
