Intensification of the External Cleaning of Machines Based on Hydrodynamic Cavitation
摘要
Abstract
The patterns of how the hydrodynamic parameters of a cleaning liquid jet affect the efficiency of the cleaning process were studied and identified. It was established that, under the hydrodynamic action of the cleaning jet, efficient removal of various contaminants from surfaces is provided by two factors: the jet impact force and the rate at which the liquid spreads over the surface being cleaned. The study demonstrates the advisability of increasing jet-cleaning efficiency by intensifying the transfer of the jet’s kinetic energy to contaminants through generation of hydrodynamic cavitation in the liquid flow.
