Investigation of the Microstructure and Hardness of 35Kh Steel after Simulated Hot Rolling with Various Controlled Cooling and Coiling Regimes
摘要
Abstract
The influence of the degree of deformation, various controlled cooling and coiling regimes on the microstructure and hardness of 35Kh structural steel after simulation of hot rolling was investigated. After conducting the experiments, the optimal deformation–temperature regimes were determined to meet the supplementary hardness requirement of no more than 197 HB according to State standard GOST 4543–71 for hot-rolled stock thicker than 5.0 mm.
