Modeling the Process of Profiling Electric-Welded Steel Pipes of Triangular Cross-Section

Abstract
The issues of modeling the process of profiling electric-welded steel pipes of triangular cross-section are considered. The stages of constructing a finite element model of profiling are described, the deformation modes of a round pipe of a given diameter are substantiated to obtain a pipe of triangular cross-section. A profiling option with the most accurate geometry of the final profile of a pipe of triangular cross-section is presented.
