Improving the Quality of Turning of Caprolon Parts for the Repair of Machinery

Abstract
The article presents a scientific rationale for using an aqueous emulsion with water-repellent additives as a cutting fluid for caprolon turning. It is experimentally proven that turning caprolon with the supply of an aqueous emulsion of potassium palmitate to the cutting zone provides a higher quality machined surface compared to the traditional turning method.
