The Influence of Microtopography of Galvanized Strip on the Defect “Peeling” during Stamping
摘要
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of various factors that can lead to the occurrence of the defect “peeling.” The influence of the main parameters is determined: the roughness of the die tooling, the amount of oil, the microtopography of the surface of galvanized rolled products on the friction coefficient during stamping. The optimal parameters of the microtopography of the surface of galvanized rolled products are determined, which allow to significantly increase the efficiency of the stamping process, reduce the sorting of finished parts by the defect in the form of dark spots, increase the service interval for cleaning the dies from zinc dust, and reduce the number of parts sent for revision.
