Abstract <p>The operation problems of aircraft parts made of composite materials with a honeycomb filler have been investigated. Based on the study of the CM structure, damages to parts in operation and methods of modern repair, an improved technology for repairing CM with a honeycomb filler is proposed. The repair algorithm is presented, the use of additional materials to protect the repaired area from moisture during operation is proposed and recommendations for operation are given.</p>
