Abstract <p>This article presents design description and operating principles of new rotary pulsation devices. The technical essence of the developed designs consists in the presence of additional dispersing elements in the working cavity of the devices. When the components of the processed medium interact with such elements, turbulent pulsations arise, which ensure the intensification of emulsification and dispersion processes.</p>
