Abstract <p>The possibility of creating an automation system for a cold-generation air dryer is considered. An adsorption dryer is used to separate moisture from the pneumatic flow generated by a compressor or compressor station. Air dryers are manufactured for each individual case according to individual projects. Therefore, such production entails the involvement of designers for each model of the dryer, in addition to this, workers in the installation area spend a lot of effort assembling each model according to new drawings. All this leads to a slowdown in production, as well as to the impossibility of widespread sale of this equipment. The article proposes the development of an air drying system that will have sufficient versatility and increased reliability compared to existing standard air drying systems. The main equipment for creating an automation system was selected, a functional diagram of the automated system was developed, and a mounting panel for the automation cabinet was developed.</p>
