Rolling Temperature Optimization for Steel ShKh15-Sh
摘要
Abstract
High-temperature plastometric studies of the mechanical properties of SHKh5-Sh steel in the temperature range of 1050–1250°С are performed on the multifunctional physical modeling complex Gleeble. Based on the results of the studies, the heating temperature of the blanks is determined at 1170°С, for the metal transition to a plastic state. The heating temperatures of the blanks for metal deformation during rolling in the elastic-plastic state are determined, which should occur at initial metal heating temperatures of 1120–1150°С. When rolling blanks at these temperatures, a fine-grained structure and increased mechanical properties of finished metal products are achieved.
