The Effect of Wear Resistance of Road Milling Machine Blades on the Efficiency of Rural Road Rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
The paper presents a method for determining the microhardness of soil particles based on tribodeformation indices of hardening and softening of friction surfaces of road milling cutter blades with hinged blades. A calculation model for determining the intensity of the impact of soil sand particles based on their microhardness in relation to the technological hardness of the blades to the surface hardening or softening index with a negative harmonic degree of the golden ratio system is proposed for optimizing repair and restoration operations of road milling cutter blades and extending the service life of the attachment equipment in general.
