Abstract <p>This work is devoted to the formation and application of an alternative approach to selective laser melting modes for alloys prone to crack formation, which consists in the introduction and use of new criteria for assessing defects in the synthesized material. As a result, the influence of the selected criteria on the volume fraction and number of defects in the synthesized material is shown, the need to determine the “process window” for these criteria is substantiated and its size is assessed.</p>

Abstract

This work is devoted to the formation and application of an alternative approach to selective laser melting modes for alloys prone to crack formation, which consists in the introduction and use of new criteria for assessing defects in the synthesized material.
