Abstract <p>This article proposes a method of determining by the Monte Carlo method in computer-aided modeling linear dimensions of lamellae known as nanostructured objects formed with the decomposition of a solid (W, Cr) solution. The results are compared with the test data of the energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) microanalysis of decomposition structures. Conclusions about particularities of lamella formation in disintegrating solid solutions (W, Cr) are made.</p>
