Influence of Degassing during Die Casting with Crystallization on the Hardness and Structural Properties of Aluminum Alloy AK12

Abstract
The fundamentals of the theory of aluminum alloy formation under conditions of die casting with crystallization with parallel degassing are proposed. A scientific and methodological approach to solving the problem of forming specified properties of aluminum alloys is developed. It is established that applying pressure to the crystallizing metal with parallel degassing increases the hardness and improves the structural properties of aluminum alloys.
