Production of High-Strength and Corrosion-Resistant Welded Piplene Fittings for Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems
摘要
Abstract
Field tests of welded pipes made of low-alloy steels are conducted, which shows that the corrosion resistance of welded joints is on a par with that of the base metal. Based on an electric-welded pipe blank made of 05KhGB steel, a technology is that allows for the production of K52 strength group pipeline fittings with high corrosion resistance in mass production conditions. The structural state of low-carbon bainites is shown, which provides a combination of high mechanical properties with high corrosion resistance in aggressive oilfield environments.
