3D Printing by Aluminized Steel Powder
摘要
Abstract
The possibility of aluminizing of steel powder by the gas transport method is investigated. The properties of the synthesized core–shell material, the aluminized spherical powder of steel 45KhN2MFA are studied. The 45KhN2MFA/Fe2Al5 powder was used for 3D printing by the SLM method. It is shown that preliminary aluminizing of mid-carbon steel powder allows then using it as a material for printing and obtaining defect-free products with the martensite structure. The obtained specimens have the yield stress, the ultimate tensile strength, and the hardness comparable with the properties of the traditional rolled products made of steel 45KhN2MFA.
