Sanctions Pressure on the Metalware Industry: Problems and Ways to Overcome Them

The relevance of the study of the impact of sanctions restrictions on the metalware industry of the Russian Federation is substantiated. The main types of sanctions are considered and their impact on the activities of domestic metalware companies is assessed. An analysis of the dynamics of export–import activities and average prices for products in the metalware industry for 2021–2023 is carried out. To mitigate the negative consequences of sanctions pressure, state support measures are provided for the export of metalware products and to stimulate an increase in the consumption of fabricated metal products in the domestic market. On the part of the state, it is important to support the metalware industry in the form of setting mirror conditions for the import of steel wire products for certification, homologation, procedural, technical and tariff regulation.
