Abstract

The article presents the results of modeling and determining the influence of the kinematic parameters of the working tool on the stress-strain state during reversible surface plastic deformation, including the determination of temporary and residual stresses depending on the reversible rotation frequency of the working tool, the initial angle between the axis of rotation of the working tool and the axis of rotation of the workpiece and the amplitude of the angle of reversible rotation of the working tool. In addition, the dependence of the depth of the plastic layer on the above parameters is also established. Based on the obtained results, recommendations are proposed for choosing optimal modes of movement of the working tool in order to intensify the stress state of the hardened layer of machine parts.
