Effect of Alloying Elements and Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties of Low-Alloy Steels
摘要
Abstract
The analyzes of domestic and foreign steels used for the manufacture of agricultural machinery parts has been carried out. It is shown that the reliability of domestic steels is significantly lower, which leads to high abrasive and corrosive wear. For effective tillage, it is necessary to ensure the strength of steels at least 1580–2000 MPa instead of 930–980 MPa, the hardness of the steels should be about 1000 HV. The results of a comparative assessment of the wear resistance of steel samples in an abrasive medium relative to the standard (Steel 45) and their corrosion resistance are presented.
