Research of Microwave Waviness of Galvanized Rolled Products Produced by Severgal PJSC Severstal

The article presents the results of the study of the micro-waviness of galvanized rolled products produced by Severgal PJSC Severstal. The measurements of micro-geometry and micro-waviness along the length and width for the guaranteed and nonguaranteed sides in two directions (across and along the rolling direction) were carried out. The studies of galvanized rolled products after temper rolling were carried out. The influence of such technological parameters of the galvanizing line on the waviness of the coating as the temperature of the cooling rate of the zinc coating, the angle of inclination of the gas knives, the operating time of the PDS working rolls was studied.
