Study of Flatness Formation of Thin Sheet Rolled Products

Abstract
The formation of nonflatness of cold-rolled annealed rolled products is investigated. The results of statistical analysis of the influence of the specific tension diagram in cold-rolled strips on the flatness of strips after continuous annealing are presented. The range of variation of the parabolic component of the specific tension diagram in cold-rolled strips is determined, which contributes to a greater probability of obtaining annealed strips of the 1st class of nonflatness.
