Determination of Waviness of Cylindrical Parts during Pendulum Surface Plastic Deformation

Abstract
The influence of the main technological parameters of pendulum SPD on the waviness parameters of cylindrical parts is considered. As a result of the experimental study, it was found that pendulum SPD contributes to a significant decrease in waviness parameters (the height Wz and the step Sw of the unevenness are reduced by 30 and 50%, respectively). Using the Statistica 19.1 software package, the measurement results were processed to determine the optimal hardening modes that provide the lowest waviness parameters.
