Analysis of Stress-and-Strain State of Billet at Deep Drawing of Hemisphere

Abstract
The punching of a steel hemisphere is modeled by the finite difference method using the ABAQUS program module. As a result, fields of parameters are obtained describing a strain state. These parameters are linear displacements, strain degree, strain tensor components, and vector representation of minimal and maximal main strains. The stress state is described by an average normal stress as well as by normal and tangent components of the stress tensor.
