Providing the Accuracy of the Gap In the Cam-Roller Pair of a Circular Weaving Machine in the Course of Its Maintenance and Repair

Effective solutions for the maintenance and repair of a circular loom consisting in adjusting the gap in the cam-roller connection of a hoisting mechanism in the case of worn-out cam groove working surface are presented. It is proposed to compensate for unacceptable deviations in the gap size via selecting a roller with the required deviations of diametric size. A calculation technique for a number of groups of compensation rollers is described. It is shown that the developed measures provide a significant reduction in the difficulties of the unit repairing, since they do not require for a complete disassembling of the unit and can be carried out at the place of equipment operation with minimal costs of material, labor and energy resources.
