摘要

Abstract

The production of medium-alloyed (with Si content < 2.80% and Al content < 1.0%) cold-rolled high-permeability electrical isotropic steels (EIS), supplied using the full-process technology and in a semifinished state (semiprocess technology) is considered. The effect of tin content in the metal exerted on the texture and magnetic properties of EIS after the final recrystallization annealing of cold-rolled steel is established. Combined alloying of steel with aluminum (Al < 1.0%), tin (Sn > 0.02%) or antimony (Sb > 0.02%) makes it possible to improve the texture of finished and semifinished EIS and, as a result, to provide a significant decrease in the level of specific magnetic losses. The effect of the microstructural parameters inherent in annealed cold-rolled metal exerted on the magnetic induction and magnetic permeability of finished and semifinished EIS has been studied. The effect of cold-rolling modes and heat treatment of cold-rolled steel on the formation of the microrelief of the strip surface and the mechanical properties of semifinished EIS is considered.
