Repair of Pressure Couplings Using Micropowders

Abstract
The article discusses the technology of repairing pressure couplings using micropowders. Characteristics of used elements of shaft and bushing connections are given, data on methods of processing mating surfaces and roughness parameters are given. The issue of assembling connections with heating of the female part and assembly under pressure is considered. The dependences of the twisting moment of couplings on pressure of steel parts and the dependence of the force of pressing-out of connections of brass parts during thermal assembly and assembly under the action of a press are given. It is indicated that the use of glycerin C3H5(OH)3 lubricant will ensure the tightness of coupling during their axial assembly.
