Influence of Deformation Modes on the Accuracy of Seamless Pipes

Abstract
This article presents the data on the study of the influence of the elongation coefficient during piercing in a two-roll screw rolling mill with a cup-shaped arrangement of rolls and guide strips on the accuracy of the pipes obtained. It is shown that high degrees of deformation and intermediate heating negatively affect the wall thickness variation of the pipes.
