Ultrasonic Vibration Mechanism in Making Permanent Joints
摘要
Abstract
The work describes the ultrasonic vibration mechanisms in the processes of producing permanent joints. Joints obtained by both molecular adhesion forces are considered: welded, soldered, adhesive-bonded, and mechanical joints, such as riveted and force fit joints. Products obtained by additive manufacturing are also considered, which makes it possible to replace the assembly operation by manufacturing the joint as a single entity.
