Abstract <p>We prove that a nonnegative integer-valued infinitely divisible random variable is infinitely divisible in the class of nonnegative integer-valued random variables if and only if it’s distribution has an atom at zero.</p>

Abstract

We prove that a nonnegative integer-valued infinitely divisible random variable is infinitely divisible in the class of nonnegative integer-valued random variables if and only if it’s distribution has an atom at zero.
