Maximum Number of Power Unit State Changes in Selecting the Composition of Equipment
摘要
The author analyzes the limitations on the maximum number of changes in the state of a power unit in the problem of selecting the composition of equipment used in managing the power system. The specified problem is reduced to one of mixed-integer programming, and the complexity of its solution depends strongly on the dimension. In accordance with the regulations of the Russian energy market, a limit on the number of state changes is submitted by the participant in notifying and applies to any seven-day period of time. However, it is shown that it is sufficient to set this limitation only for some periods determined by the moments in time of changes in the state of the power unit during the seven-day history of the planning horizon. A large part of these limits is therefore redundant and can be removed from the model without violating the original feasible set, improving the efficiency of using the obtained solution.
