Evolution of Computing Infrastructure

The aim of this work is to consider the main trends and stages in the development of the computing infrastructure, its components, formulate the main lessons learned and try to formulate possible directions for its further development. It should be emphasized immediately that we are interested in technologies and tools that directly affect the state of the computing infrastructure, and the main trends and stages of their development. This work does not pretend to be a detailed history of their origin and development.
