On Hemodynamic Calculations on Spatial Graphs

Ways of preparing data are considered for hemodynamic calculations in a quasi-1D approximation on complex spatial graphs of elastic vessels. The automatic construction of 3D models of vascular system graphs based on the data of their frame models is described. The main approaches to calculating in parallel with the visualization of their results on 3D models are discussed.
