Multicriteria Choice Based on Interval Fuzzy Information
摘要
Abstract—
In this paper, we examine a class of multicriteria choice problems where the decision maker’s preferences are modeled using interval-valued second-order fuzzy relations. We formulate foundational axioms of reasonable choice that, among other things, enable us to justify the Edgeworth–Pareto principle within this context. We introduce the concept of a quantum of interval fuzzy information, as well as the notion of a consistent set of such quanta. We establish a criterion for the consistency of a set of quanta and present a framework for utilizing interval fuzzy information to reduce the Pareto set. To illustrate the proposed approach, we analyze a detailed example.
