How to Measure Artificial Intelligence?

Abstract
Artificial intelligence is commonly described as “weak” or “strong,” but no generally accepted definitions of these terms are to be found. In this paper, formal and informal suggestions concerning the essence of artificial intelligence are analyzed. An approach is proposed for the quantitative measurement of the power of artificial intelligence that would make it possible to compare various intelligent computer systems with each other.
