Abstract <p>In experiment to study the <InlineEquation ID="IEq3"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(e^{+}e^{-}\to n\bar{n}\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m3--> </InlineEquation> process at the VEPP-2000 <InlineEquation ID="IEq4"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(e^{+}e^{-}\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m4--> </InlineEquation> collider with the SND detector the <InlineEquation ID="IEq5"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(\cos\theta\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m5--> </InlineEquation> distribution of produced <InlineEquation ID="IEq6"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(n\bar{n}\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m6--> </InlineEquation> pairs has been measured. Using this distribution, the ratio <InlineEquation ID="IEq7"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(|GE|/|GM|\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m7--> </InlineEquation> of electric and magnetic timelike neutron formfactors was measured in 11 energy points from the threshold to 1910 MeV. The preliminary value of <InlineEquation ID="IEq8"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(|GE|/|GM|\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m8--> </InlineEquation>, averaged over the entire energy range, is <InlineEquation ID="IEq9"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(1.03\pm 0.11\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m9--> </InlineEquation> (stat) <InlineEquation ID="IEq10"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(\pm 0.20\)</EquationSource> <!--BPhysMGU2570253Achasov-m10--> </InlineEquation> (syst), what is consistent with unity and well fits with data at higher energy.</p>

Abstract

In experiment to study the \(e^{+}e^{-}\to n\bar{n}\) process at the VEPP-2000 \(e^{+}e^{-}\) collider with the SND detector the \(\cos\theta\) distribution of produced \(n\bar{n}\) pairs has been measured. Using this distribution, the ratio \(|GE|/|GM|\) of electric and magnetic timelike neutron formfactors was measured in 11 energy points from the threshold to 1910 MeV. The preliminary value of \(|GE|/|GM|\) , averaged over the entire energy range, is \(1.03\pm 0.11\) (stat) \(\pm 0.20\) (syst), what is consistent with unity and well fits with data at higher energy.
