摘要

Abstract

The paper studies large ( \({D}>200\) km) impact formations on the surface of the Moon. Two groups of structures are considered: those known since the middle of the last century and those discovered in recent decades using the LRO, Clementine, Lunar Prospector, GRAIL and other probes. A comparison is made of such parameters as the depth-to-diameter ratio, the formation period, the thickness of the lunar crust at the impact sites and the characteristics of the gravitational field in the area of the structures. The results of the comparison show that there are no significant differences in these parameters between the two groups structures.
